| The eXP16 is a 1U, 19, rackmount unit with integral mains power supply. It enables monitoring of sixteen logic inputs and sixteen logic. | |||
| Features | |||
| Logic Inputs: | 16 local logic inputs, which can be configured as closing contact, active high or active low. | ||
| The status of the logic inputs can be remotely monitored via the LAN/WAN, any changes of state of the inputs are broadcast to all connected clients. | |||
| Logic Outputs: | 16 dry closing contacts, which can be remotely controlled via the LAN/WANoutputs. | ||
| RS232 System Port: | The eXP16 has an RS232 port which enables the user to configure the IP address and retrieve current status of unit and clients connected. | ||
Front Panel Status LEDs: |
32 front panel LEDs show the current status of logic inputs and outputs. | ||
Additional Slave Units: |
Up to 8 clients can connect to the eXP16 buy opening an IP socket. The clients are then able to interrogate the status of the logic inputs and the status of the logic outputs. | ||
| The outputs can be switched on, switched off or flashed with adjustable duration. | |||
| Connected clients are also notified of any changes to the input logic status. | |||
| The protocol is simple to enable users to develop their own software applications, or they can use the supplied Windows control software. | |||
